Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is made between the Client (“you”) and Live Minimalli Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered company number is 13807488 (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking any services with Live Minimalli Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These form a legally binding agreement between you and Live Minimalli Ltd.
1. Definitions
“Client” means the individual booking the services.
“Services” means decluttering, organising, and related consultation services as agreed.
“Session” means any in-person or virtual appointment delivered by Live Minimalli Ltd.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional organising and decluttering services, tailored to your needs. We will only undertake work within our areas of expertise, and where appropriate, may recommend other professionals for specialist support (e.g. mental health or legal matters).
All guidance is offered in good faith. It is always the Client’s decision to act upon our suggestions, and we accept no liability for any actions taken as a result.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All information shared is treated as confidential. We will not share personal or identifying details with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
Your data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR. We retain your personal information solely for the purpose of delivering services. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
4. Photo/Video Consent (Optional)
We may take and use before-and-after photographs or videos for marketing purposes including Social Medial. This is optional and will never be a condition of service.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to be present and engaged during all sessions.
- Please ensure minimal distractions (e.g. pets in other areas and children with activities to keep them occupied).
- You are responsible for decisions about items being kept or discarded.
- If there is any uncertainty about ownership of items, they will not be removed.
We will always work at your pace, with compassion and patience.
Breaks During Extended Sessions
For sessions exceeding four consecutive hours, Live Minimalli Ltd will take a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The organiser will provide their own food and refreshments. Clients are kindly requested to inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities that may be relevant due to shared spaces during the session.
6. Fees and Payment
- Sessions are charged at an hourly rate from £30/hour (3-hour minimum).
- Quotes will be provided after consultation.
- Time is calculated in 15-minute increments from arrival to departure.
- Product costs (e.g. storage solutions) are billed separately.
- Travel within 30 miles of WS15 1 is included; additional distance incurs extra charges. (45p per mile)
- Car parking fees will be charged to the Client where applicable.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking to secure your session. For packages, a 25% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due 3
calendar days after the final session (or as agreed). Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
Payment Terms:
- Invoices are issued after each session.
- Payment is due within 3 calendar days by bank transfer or cash.
- Late payment incurs a £10/day fee.
- If payment difficulties arise, please contact us to discuss.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled session.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session in case of unforeseen circumstances, including health and safety concerns.
8. Item Removal and Disposal
- We can assist with removing items to charity or recycling, subject to additional charges. (See Resale Agreement policy)
- Once items are removed, they cannot be returned.
- We do not lift or transport large or heavy items but can recommend a licensed provider.
- We are not responsible for items discarded or donated in error.
Live Minimalli Ltd shall not be held liable for the removal or disposal of any items that belong to individuals other than the client. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all items identified for removal are their property or that they have obtained the necessary authority to make decisions regarding those items. In the absence of clear ownership or where a dispute arises, Live Minimalli Ltd will refrain from removing or disposing of such items.
9. Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any Health and Safety risks in your home.
- We reserve the right to wear PPE and refuse or cancel service if any risk is identified.
- Pets must be secured during the session.
10. Insurance
Live Minimalli Ltd holds:
- Public Liability Insurance: £1,000,000
- Professional Indemnity Insurance: £1,000,000

11. Limitations of Service
- We are not mental health professionals or therapists.
- We are not a cleaning service, though some light cleaning may occur.
- We accept no liability for third-party products or services we may recommend.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
