Frequently Asked Questions

Consultation

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to understand your space, your challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk through your goals, and see how I can support you in creating a calmer, more intentional home. No pressure, just a relaxed chat to explore what’s possible.

Pricing

I offer hourly sessions with a 3 hour minimum booking, perfect for decluttering small areas. For larger projects my 10 hour package over 2 days allows us to tackle multiple areas with deeper, systematic organisation that creates lasting results and genuine peace of mind.

What services do you offer?

I offer in-person decluttering and organising sessions designed to help you clear physical and emotional clutter, create calm systems, and fall back in love with your home. You can read more about each type of session on my Services page.

How long does a session last?

In-person sessions are a minimum of three hours to ensure we make meaningful, visible progress without feeling rushed.

What areas do you cover?

I’m based in Rugeley, but I provide decluttering and organising services across Staffordshire, including the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.

If you’re unsure whether I travel to your area, just send me a message and I’ll happily let you know.

Are you insured?

Yes – I am fully insured to carry out work in your home.

Do I have to get rid of everything?

Absolutely not. You stay in control at all times. Your home, your belongings, your choices. I’m here to guide and support you in making decisions that feel comfortable and empowering.

What if I feel emotional?
That’s completely normal. Decluttering can bring up feelings. I’m here to hold space for all of it.
What should I do with the things I let go of?
I can offer guidance on donation, recycling, or storage options.
Do you take away everything we declutter?

I’ll help you decide the best destinations for your unwanted items, charity shops, recycling centres, or elsewhere. I can take one car load of donations to a charity shop on your behalf at additional charge. Please note I don’t currently hold a waste removal licence, so I’m unable to take items to the tip.

I feel embarrassed about the state of my home, is that normal?
Most clients feel nervous or ashamed at first, but there’s no judgement here. Just calm, compassion, and support. I’ve seen it all: chaos, burnout, parenthood, and life’s messiest seasons. The moment you reach out, the shift begins.
What can I expect during the session?
Calm: We work at a pace that feels good to you.
Supportive: You’re not alone in this, I’m right here beside you.
Non-judgemental: Nothing shocks me. You are safe here.
Practical: We focus on what you need, not what trends say you should have.
Do you have to take photos of my home?

Before-and-after photos or videos are sometimes used for marketing and social media, but only with your permission. This is entirely optional and never required.

Do you clean as well?

My focus is on decluttering and organising rather than cleaning. However, I’ll always leave the space tidy and can recommend simple ways to maintain your home once your new systems are in place.

What happens if I need to cancel?

I understand plans can change. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if possible so we can reschedule your session  (cancellation fees may apply) as outlined in my Terms & Conditions.
